Room Policies
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged, we do require at least 24 hours advanced notice if you wish to cancel your reservation.
Pet Policy
For the comfort of guests who may be allergic, we do not allow pets at any Stoney Creek Inn location, except those
that are ADA registered.
Smoking Policy
We are proud to provide a smoke-free environment in the public areas of each Stoney Creek Inn location! For guests who smoke,
less than 20% of our guest rooms are smoking rooms. Guests who smoke in a non-smoking room will be charged a cleanup/damage
fee.
Pool Policies
We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Guests will swim at their own risk. We do have a few policies for the safety of our guests:
- No food or beverages in glass containers are allowed.
- Our Pool Area is open from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. however, we are proud to offer an adult only swim from 10:00-11:00 p.m.
(Note: our Waukon location does not have a pool on site.)
- Children under age 14 are not allowed in the whirlpool for their own safety.
Excessive Cleaning/Damages Policy
An additional fee will be charged for guest rooms that require excessive cleaning or to repair damages to the room.
