"Just got home after 3 days at your lovely inn, and we can't say enough good things about our stay. Your staff is amazing...never too busy to please a guest. The Inn was pretty empty our first night, but the last 2 nights were probably filled to capacity. Your desk staff pleasantly handled every complaint or request in a very timely manner. They were run ragged by several of the guests. The staff went out of their way to find our group a small space to have a quiet gathering away from all of the other hustle and bustle going on. Our entire group of 14 felt pampered and at-home because of the way we were treated by your staff. Thank you for making our annual ski get-away such a pleasant experience."
We only have two "complaints." The first is that we feel the air at the Inn is overly dry. Could the air humidity be increased? The second, is our problem...we just don't get enough opportunities to spend time in the Wausau area and stay at your Inn. We love this place and recommend it to everyone!
Thanks for another lovely stay. This was our 3rd trip to your Inn, and it definitely will not be the last.
