"To whom it may concern, I arrived in Columbia, MO after being stuck for hours in a winter storm....I contacted the hotel and was greeted by perhaps one of the friendliest people I have encountered. Emily at the front desk understanding my situation, being stuck for hours in my car after an 11 hour drive allowed me to check in early and was very effecient. The hotel with the lodge-like atmosphere was very pleasing, I felt as if I was home in Colorado....The staff was very knowledgeable about the area. The next morning....I found that all my tires were snow-packed, I tried to remove the snow by kicking it...I was approached by a very friendly member of maintenance, Jeff, who offered his assistance. His warmth and genuiness was like that of an old friend. He removed all the snow from around my tires. Overall, the caliber of the staff at this location supercedes that of many of the high level resorts that I have stayed both within the US and abroad in Europe. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future. I appreciate the exceptional treatment and the high level of customer service that I received during my stay...."

"My daughter and I stayed at your Columbia, MO location on February 11, 2010. We were taking a mini vacation and just loved the Stoney Creek Inn, the room with bunk beds was great and my daughter just loved them. The room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed at and the breakfast was very good too. We have found our new place to stay at while in Columbia!"
