Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Duties 1. Greet guests and staff in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide assistance when possible and as requested. Coordinate through staff and management if unable to resolve alone. 2. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel bar including carpets, windows, walls, garbage cans, portable bars, tables, chairs and equipment after each shift and when not in use. 3. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining back of the house areas including the back bar, drains, shelves, cabinets, counters, storeroom, etc. after each closing and when not in use. 4. Knowledgeable on the operation of all bar equipment, dish machine and appliances as well as upkeep and cleanliness. Report any discrepancies to maintenance for repair if needed. 5. Knowledgeable on the proper mix and prices for most basic drinks. 6. Maintain the security of the bar to assure the assets of the hotel and guests are protected. 7. Maintain proper cash and credit card handling procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate will Possess:

Task List 1. Vacuum carpets, clean windows, clean glassware, clean bar, replace burned out light bulbs, and assure bar meets proper cleanliness and conditions for operation 2. Stock ice, liquor, beer, wine, condiments, mixers and snacks as needed. 3. Assist clients with specific needs as required 4. Assist caterers as needed 5. At closing, clean bar, floors, counters, tables, walls and equipment and remove trash as needed. 6. Assist with keeping walk in cooler clean and organized. 1/2/07 Other Duties 1. Attend and participate in all property or department meetings as requested. 2. Responsible for proper use of the time clock at the beginning and end of the shift as well as required lunch break 3. Coordinate and/or assist other departments to meet a guest request 4. Perform special projects based on capabilities and knowledge 5. Responsible for proper key control and following hotel key control policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining conference rooms and surrounding public areas including carpets, windows, walls, garbage cans, portable bars, tables, chairs and equipment after each function and when not in use. 3. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining back of the house areas including the kitchen, back hall, banquet storage areas, a/v storage areas after each function and when not in use. 4. Knowledgeable on the operation of all kitchen equipment and appliances as well as upkeep and cleanliness. Report any discrepancies to maintenance for repair if needed. 5. Responsible for reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders in order to properly set up conference rooms for events, including in house breaks and audio/visual. 6. Assist caterers to assure food and beverage is set up on time and is presented in a tasteful manner. 7. Knowledgeable on the operation of all audio/visual equipment owned by the hotel. 8. Maintain the security of the conference rooms to assure the assets of the hotel and guests are protected.

Our Ideal Candidate will Possess:

Set up conference rooms as specified by the Banquet Event Orders to include proper table and chair placement, linens, pads, pens, mints, water glasses, mints, water station, break tables, etc. 2. Vacuum carpets, clean window, dust blinds, replace burned out light bulbs, and assure each conference room meets proper cleanliness and 3. Assist clients with specific needs prior to the start of their event. 4. Clean kitchen floors, counters, tables, walls and equipment and remove trash as needed. 5. Clean back hall and floors as needed. 1/2/07 Task List Cont. 6. Stack chairs and tables appropriately along with any other equipment and supplies kept in storage. 7. Assists with conference center bars with setting up beer tubs and bar backing. Other Duties 1. Attend and participate in all property or department meetings as requested. 2.
